Shipping & delivery

Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse network. Listed product prices include standard U.S. shipping where available at checkout.

Available shipping service is confirmed from the delivery address at Shopify checkout.
Tracking is sent to the email or phone number used at checkout after fulfillment.
Contact us as soon as possible if the delivery address needs to change.
Taxes, when applicable, are calculated securely by Shopify.

Contact us before sending any item back. We will confirm eligibility, the correct return location and shipping responsibility for the order.

For damaged or incorrect items, send the order number and clear photos as soon as possible.
For other return requests, keep the item unused and retain the original packaging.
Do not return an item to a warehouse address without return instructions.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after review.
